Job Position: AOnline eSales @ Advantech Japan Branch Office
Qualification
1. Be Passion, Proactive, working with flexibility and willing to take challenge.
2. Interpersonal & communication to work with all parties.
3. Basic skill in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point is requested.
4. Medium Level in English Listening, Speaking and Reading is preferred.
5. Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering or Industrial Engineering/ Automation is preferred.
6. At least 1 year working experience in telesales or telemarketing preferred.
Major Responsibility
1. Meet or exceed quota within assigned regions.
2. Accomplishing the agreed levels of calling activity to raise revenue or volume streams.
3. Communicating with the existing accounts to increase or maintain levels of the business activity.
4. Searching constantly for new revenue/ new customers generating chances to meet the company targets.
Major KPI
1. Generate sales growth within assigned territory to meet or exceed quota.
2. Expand customer base by penetrating new customers.
